Special Situations Support:

Litigation Support – LCG provides assistance to banks and commercial lenders in working out of problem accounts.  CPA-lead support services include receiverships, workouts, liquidations, daily monitoring of asset balances, expert opinions & testimony, and valuations.

Special Assets Divestitures – LCG offers assistance to banks and commercial lenders in divesting non-performing or high risk accounts or portfolios.  LCG will work with a borrower by recommending process and debt structure changes, creating a comprehensive financing memorandum, and soliciting new creditors; all while taking into account the interests of the existing lender. Through its industry contacts, LCG is likely to find a new home for even the most challenged credits.

Investment Banking – LCG offers a unique blend of value-added services, resources, and capabilities that very few firms can provide. Our success is attributed to the strong investment banking and transaction experience of our professionals, a solid knowledge of valuation drivers, intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the finance community, and extensive relationships with lenders, strategic buyers, and financial sponsors. This expertise allows us to complete traditional transactions, as well as specialize in difficult and non-traditional transactions and financing structures.

Accounting Support/Project Management
– LCG employs several experienced and ‘Big 4’ trained CPAs.  These professionals assist borrowers in implementing internal controls and improving accounting procedures and reporting capabilities.  This service is incredibly valuable for situations where improved reporting and accounting controls are necessary to either fund new loans or grow existing relationships.

Best Practices Analysis – LCG personnel will perform a comprehensive analysis of a company’s financial health, and its systems, operations, policies, and procedures.  LCG will then make detailed recommendations leading to improved profitability, more efficient operations, or the company’s ability to obtain more attractive financing.
