Due Diligence Services - Several of LCG’s professionals have extensive experience consulting to and performing due diligence on finance companies. As a result, LCG has developed a specialized practice in performing internal reviews on the credit & operations of a finance company, portfolio acquisition due diligence, and finance company acquisition due diligence. LCG has performed these services for many large and well known finance companies and has facilitated the acquisition of many loan portfolios.

Acquisition Due Diligence – LCG has extensive experience in performing acquisition due diligence on both loan and lease portfolios and entire companies. Given our breadth of experience among a wide variety of industries, LCG can provide valuable insight into the transaction, not only related to portfolio value, but also on the operations and internal controls of the company.

Underwriting / Due Diligence – When an influx of new business exceeds the resources available to expeditiously underwrite and process the transactions, all or a portion of the underwriting and due diligence can be outsourced to LCG. LCG professionals can coordinate the entire due diligence process including UCC and background searches, collateral audits, financial spreading, appraisals, environmental surveys, preparation of credit request documents, and gathering of legal information.
