Acquisition Due Diligence – LCG has extensive experience in performing acquisition due diligence on both loan and lease portfolios and entire companies. Underwriting / Due Diligence – When an influx of new business exceeds the resources available to expeditiously underwrite and process the transactions, all or a portion of the underwriting and due diligence can be outsourced to LCG. LCG professionals can coordinate the entire due diligence process including UCC and background searches, collateral audits, financial spreading, appraisals, environmental surveys, preparation of credit request documents, and gathering of legal information.
