Lender's Consulting Group, Inc. is a fast growing and highly motivated firm that places an emphasis on teamwork and accountability. Due to the lending criteria of our clients, project sizes can range from $300M to $500MM. The Field Examiner must have the necessary skills to evaluate transactions on a case by case basis and take time to understand the credit and the ultimate goal of the client. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are a necessity as the Field Examiner will have direct contact with the lender, client executives, and other field examiners. The candidate will be required to work independently as well as with other examiners or lender/investor staff members.
Requirements
The Field Examiner must have a minimum of 3 years of asset-based lending or field examination experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university. Great instincts and intuition, detailed focus on quality, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are requirements. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably have some data mining experience.
