Lender’s Consulting Group, Inc. (“Lender’s Consulting”) provides outsourced due diligence services including field examinations, quality of earnings reports, and acquisition due diligence for a wide variety of lenders including banks, asset-based lenders, factors, and institutional investors. Lender’s Consulting professionals have extensive experience in credit, underwriting, audit, accounting, workout management, operations, and account management. This experience provides lenders with additional insight into transaction risk that cannot be provided by most other accounting and field examination firms. Areas of expertise include manufacturing/distributing, staffing, financial services, medical receivables, and transportation.

Responsibilities

Lender’s Consulting is a fast growing and highly motivated firm that places an emphasis on teamwork and accountability. Due to the lending criteria of our clients, project sizes can range from $300M to $500MM. The Field Examiner must have the necessary skills to evaluate transactions on a case by case basis and take time to understand the credit and the ultimate goal of the client. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are a necessity as the Field Examiner will have direct contact with the lenders, client executives, and other examiners. The candidate will be required to work independently as well as with other examiners or lender/investor staff members.

Requirements

The Field Examiner must have a minimum of 5 years of asset-based lending or field examination experience and a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university. Great instincts and intuition is required along with the ability to meet strict deadlines. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have some data mining experience, and have the ability to quickly learn a variety of field exam templates.
