Blackburn, ASA Ms. Blackburn has extensive experience in the appraisal and finance industries. She's an Accredited Senior Appraiser per the strict standards established by the American Society of Appraisers. She has direct experience with numerous types of assets and industries (provided upon request). Prior to joining LCG, she was the founder and president of an appraisal firm with an exceptional reputation for quality work turned around quickly. In addition, Ms. Blackburn has nearly ten years of accounting and finance experience which nicely complements her appraisal work. She's served several terms as VP and Secretary of the Tampa chapter of the American Society of Appraisers and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. She also has been accepted to serve as Special Magistrate in several counties in Florida. Ms. Blackburn holds a Bachelor's Degree from Oregon State University and has completed extensive formal training on M&E and inventory appraisals. |
